1. Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
2. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled through our website.

2. Return and Exchange Policy

1. Eligible products can be returned or exchanged within 3 days from the date of delivery.
2. Return eligibility and any product-specific conditions will be clearly mentioned on the respective product page before purchase.
3. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused and unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
4. Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
5. If a return pickup is unavailable at your location, you may be required to ship the product to the return address provided by our support team.
6. Applicable return or exchange shipping charges, if any, will be communicated to the customer before the return is processed.
7. Requests submitted after the applicable return window may not be accepted.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered in the following situations, subject to verification:

• The product received has a quality, size, colour, or design mismatch.
• An item is missing or incorrect in a combo order.
• The product received is damaged.

Once the returned product has been received or picked up and verified, the eligible refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Refunds will be issued through the same payment method or transaction mode used for the original purchase, wherever supported by the payment provider.

1. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
2. Original tags and packaging must be intact.
3. Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
4. All return or exchange requests must be raised within the applicable return period.
